Once our team has placed you within our system, you will receive an email from TheraPlatform that will look like this:
Once you have opened the email, start by clicking the link to reset your password.
From here, create a password for your new account. Once you have typed in the password twice click “Change password”.
You will then be directed to the login page. Type in your email address and your new password you just created. Then hit the “Login” button.
Once you have signed in you will find the client dashboard.
Begin by clicking “Test Your Setup”
TheraPlatform will then begin test your computer’s hardware to ensure quality and ease of use. You may be prompted to allow Theraplatform to use your camera and microphone. Click “Allow” or “Yes” when prompted.
Once you’ve completed “Test Your Setup” you are ready for starting a session with your therapist!
